The quarterly meeting of GFPS Executive Committee headed by its Chairperson, Hon. Roseller H. Rizal, took place last October 08, 2024, at the CCC Board Room, Calamba City College, Calamba City, with the objective of aligning the plan with both institutional objectives and the national gender-responsive development framework. A key agenda item included the finalization and endorsement of the proposed 2025 GAD Plan and Budget.

Throughout the meeting, the committee scrutinized the slated initiatives and programs for the upcoming year to evaluate their conformity with GAD goals. Moreover, there was a thorough examination of the financial allocations to ensure the adequacy of the budget in facilitating the implementation of various programs.

Participants contributed their insights and suggestions for enhancements, aiming to guarantee the sustainability and efficacy of the plan’s final iteration. The approved 2025 GAD Plan and Budget endeavors to propel gender equality and women’s empowerment within the city government, fostering a more inclusive and gender-sensitive environment.
